Joe Springer is the founding principal of this firm and has over 20 years experience in the design of precast concrete structures. While his most recent emphasis has been on design / build parking structures, he is also experienced with other commercial type buildings as well as architectural precast. Mr. Springer has his engineering degree from Georgia Tech and has his professional engineering license in Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Alabama. He has been active in PCI for most of his prestressed concrete career and currently sits on the PCI Code Committee.

William Cruz is the Chief Drafter and has been at Express Engineering since the first day. Mr. Cruz has 14 years experience in AutoCAD drafting, most of that has been design/ build parking structures and other precast buildings.

Jaber K. Jaber is a project engineer with a Florida PE License and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida. Jaber has 5 years experience in design of precast concrete utility structures and several years experience in building construction before coming to the United States to continue his engineering education.

We also have three additional draftsmen for drawing piece tickets. KC Nye is a recent engineering graduate from UCF. Eric Aponte has over 10 years experience in architectural drafting. Kane Springer is a student at Seminole Community College. Each of these people shows great promise for growing with the company.
